Coming back to our unforgettable tour from Sept 9-19 , i want to thank you once more for your outstanding professional assistance in all respects.
As a former multinational Quality auditor,i know to appreciate values in quality work,also to analyse objectively and be critical in case of less performances.
After our completion of the tour in Tanzania,i even more appreciate your performance aswell Dallago organization, considering that the tour in Tanzania was not comparable at all with our expierences in Kenya.

As we mislaid your questionnaire we are sending this email. We would like to compliment you on your very efficient organisation of the tour. James and Peter were excellent hosts and guides. Most of our time was spent with Peter which was a bonus since we are bird lovers and Peter is an expert on birds - we learnt a great deal from him.

We would use you company's services again and have no hesitation in recommending your service to others.

I wanted to write a letter thanking you for the fun time I had on a trip to Kenya.
Dallago was an excellent service and the driver we had was so courteous and helpful.
He made the whole trip excellent and I commend him for his service oriented and helpful manor.
We were there in Oct - Nov of 2007.

Thank you again for the fun time we had in your beautiful country.
