Pick up Nairobi and drive northwards via the scenic surroundings to the remote Samburu National Reserve arriving in good time for lunch at Samburu Sopa Lodge. Evening Game viewing drive in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge.Day 2: Samburu national Reserve.
Spend the whole day at leisure with unlimited game viewing drives in this reserve inhabited by special game adapted to the semi arid conditions. All meal and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge.
Day 3: Samburu: Aberdares National Park. (185 Kms)
After your sumptuous breakfast, drive to Aberdares National Park where you will met your lunch at Aberdares country club which is a base serving for the Ark lodge. Afternoon transfer to the Ark lodge where you will spend the rest of your day watching animals in situ. Varieties of wildlife come to take water at the flood lit waterhole. Spend the whole day at leisure with morning and afternoon game viewing drives or spend the full day in the field searching for the plain game with an option of picnic lunch. This reserve is most famous for the great wildebeest migration taking place between Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and Masai Mara in the months of July and October. The phenomena occurs annually where multitude of wildebeest and zebras move from Tanzania in July to Masai Mara and return at the end of October.
